We can’t wait to see you! If your plans change, here’s how we can help:

  • Need to Cancel? Give us more than 72 hours’ notice for a full refund (minus a small 5% payment processing fee). Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable as our guides and transport are already locked in.
  • Need a “Do-Over”? You can reschedule for free up to 48 hours before your tour (subject to availability). If your new date costs a bit more, you’ll just need to cover the difference.
  • Running Late? Please try to arrive on time! No-shows or changes within 48 hours of departure unfortunately can’t be refunded or moved.
